Meet the Team
Armando Banuelos is the Founder and Operating Partner of the Capitol group of companies. After earning his B.S. in Business Administration from Chico State, Armando transformed his small house flipping business into a comprehensive group of real estate companies. Under his leadership, Capitol has acquired, managed, and sold over 5,000 properties, from single-family homes to multifamily units and commercial properties— while expanding nationwide.
Ashlie Rabdau has been with Capitol Buys Houses, LLC for over 14 years and now serves as its Sales Director. A Fresno State graduate, Ashlie combines her Central Valley roots with industry expertise to drive growth and profitability. Known for her strategic leadership and strong client relationships, she is a trusted professional in the real estate community.
Isaias Escobedo joined the team in 2010 after earning his B.S. in Business Administration from Chico State. Isaias began assisting in the fix & flip division. Soon after, he acquired his real estate license and has been Capitol’s Designated Broker since 2019. He also leads the Capitol Multifamily Group division, overseeing 187 units currently under management.
